Forget the cream eggs....
Well, maybe I'll have one this weekend :) I can and get away with it because my metabolism is cranking on all cylinders - but quite frankly, since I started drinking Shakeology I have NO CRAVINGS! I can take the cream egg or leave it - and wow is that liberating!

Want Incredible Nutrition Benefits - Eat Superfoods!
If you want to get extreme results, eat superfoods. I drink Shakeology daily and the benefits I get are really tough to fully capture here in a few words. When I first heard of this I thought it was just another protein shake - but I got informed and then I tried it and wow - it is amazing. It contains more than 70 natural ingredients derived from rich, nutrient-dense whole-food sources from around the world. Shakeology is so incredibly healthy, no other single food item out there can supply you with all the nutrients, vitamins, proteins, and minerals in the amounts you need the way one delicious shake can. I don't even take a multi-vitamin anymore.
If you want to find out more about it, leave a message here, send me an email at barrywilsonbc@gmail.com , join us on facebook at barrywilsonbc fit club or visit my Coach Page at barrywilsonbc.com
On top of the incredible benefits for our bodies, the product is socially responsible as well. The Discovery Channel® wrote a piece on Shakeology developer Darin Olien last week and they were so pleased Beachbody's mission and the interest they received on the article that they wrote another article about Shakeology® on TreeHugger.com (an affiliate of the Discovery® Network). TreeHugger.com was particularly interested in Shakeology's sustainable farming practices. They focused on the fact that, "when Olien finds an ingredient he thinks would be perfect for Shakeology, he works with the locals to create farms to harvest the ingredient in a sustainable fashion, providing jobs and much-needed income to these isolated areas."

Getting Goals Right and Reaping the Rewards
If you are reading this, chances are you have thought about some fitness goals. The tricky part can be pin-pointing a goal and creating measurable ways and strategies to obtain it.
If you are discouraged about the outcome of last year's goals or past New Years' Resolutions, it is time to make changes in how you plan and achieve your dreams. After all, "You must have long-range goals to keep you from being frustrated by short-range failures." – Charles Noble
Here are 4 tips for success and to hold yourself accountable to your goals:
1. WRITE DOWN your goals and be specific.
Don't just say, "I want to lose weight." Since muscle weighs more than fat, that's a misleading statement. Instead, write down a physical attribute you want to change about yourself, set a time frame, then describe how you plan to achieve it.
Example: "I will [drop two sizes and wear my favorite pair of jeans] by [my birthday three months from now] by [replacing one meal a day with Shakeology and walking 30 minutes every morning.]"
2. VISUALIZE your results!
Rip a picture of your dream body (or body part) out of a magazine and tape it to your mirror or fridge. That way you'll have a constant reminder of what specific goal you're working towards.
3. REWARD yourself for success along the way.
For example, if one of your goals is to work out 5 times a week for a month, once accomplished, reward yourself with a new pair of tennis shoes or a workout top. DON'T reward yourself with garbage (like an eating-fest at your favorite restaurant).
4. Be REALISTIC with your goals!
This is the most important one of all. If your goal is to lose 100 lbs. in 3 months, you're just setting yourself up for failure. You didn't put the weight on overnight, so you're not going to lose it overnight either.
Always keep in mind, the name of the game is to enjoy yourself. Change is an uncomfortable process but your journey doesn't have to be. Remember to stop and smell the roses, be kind to yourself and take note of how far you've progressed on the way to your ultimate goal!

How Many People Can I Help?
What is this Fit Club all about. In three words....people helping people.
As I walked into 2013 I'd describe myself as being in "ok" shape. But I'm working on being in the best shape of my life and I want to help others achieve their fitness and happiness goals too. I've been active in sports all my life but my fitness has been all over the map. Last year I ran my first marathon and my second and participated on an Ultra-marathon team. These were huge accomplishments for me. My 2012 training consisted of running and eating fairly healthfully. My Wife Karen and I used our running last year to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation to help grant a child a wish. With great support from our friends and family we were able to achieve that.
by how many other people I can help
to achieve their goals, objectives and most importantly their hapiness.

All my life I've been involved in community service and
volunteer organizations to help others help themselves and this is a
guiding principle in my career too. I've coached amateur sports teams
and am inspired and proud to see others achieve success - for themselves
and for the team. It won't be enough for me to get ripped and feel
good about how I look.
Now I am an Independant Beachbody Coach with an incredible library of resources and knowledge I can share with others. My success story will be measured
by my own physical transformation and
by how many other people I can help
to achieve their goals, objectives and most importantly their hapiness.
This blog is one vehicle I'm using to help and inspire others. I sincerely invite you to join this journey with me!
I invite you to visit my Coaching website at barrywilsonbc.com, become my friend on Facebook, join the barrywilsonbc Fit Club community on Facebook and follow us on twitter.
