How Many People Can I Help?

What is this Fit Club all about.  In three words....people helping people.

As I walked into 2013 I'd describe myself as being in "ok" shape.  But I'm working on being in the best shape of my life and I want to help others achieve their fitness and happiness goals too.  I've been active in sports all my life but my fitness has been all over the map.  Last year I ran my first marathon and my second and participated on an Ultra-marathon team.  These were huge accomplishments for me.  My 2012 training consisted of running and eating fairly healthfully.  My Wife Karen and I used our running last year to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation to help grant a child a wish.  With great support from our friends and family we were able to achieve that.

All my life I've been involved in community service and volunteer organizations to help others help themselves and this is a guiding principle in my career too.  I've coached amateur sports teams and am inspired and proud to see others achieve success - for themselves and for the team.  It won't be enough for me to get ripped and feel good about how I look. 
Now I am an Independant Beachbody Coach with an incredible library of resources and knowledge I can share with others.  My success story will be measured by my own physical transformation and

by how many other people I can help
 
to achieve their goals, objectives and most importantly their hapiness.
